MBB solar tabber&stringer 4000pieces\/hour is an automatic production equipment to solder mono-\/poly-crystalline MBB solar cell.This stringer is equipped with automation technology like PLC,servo,self-developed manipulator and vision system, all the processes are fully automated from cell loading to string unloading.<\/p>\n

2.Vision inspection system<\/p>\n

Cells are inspected by industrial camera,the defect of missing corner\/broken edge\/crack\/90\u00b0or 180\u00b0rotation\/surface matter can be inspected.<\/p>\n

3.Four-axis robot<\/p>\n

Mitsubishi 4-axis robot is used for soldering swing plate, which can adjust the position and swing of the cell plate.<\/p>\n

4.Soldering<\/p>\n

Soldering by IR,the heating temperature of the bottom plate and infrared lamp tube is controllable.<\/p>\n

Considering different temperature between middle and sides of the lamp ,special design is made to ensure temperature consistency.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0special\u00a0IR\u00a0lamp\u00a0head\u00a0heat\u00a0preservation\u00a0can\u00a0ensure\u00a0the\u00a0sustainable\u00a0production\u00a0in\u00a0case\u00a0of\u00a0pause less then 2\u00a0minutes.<\/p>\n

5.Offset control<\/p>\n

The belt guide mechanism is set at the position where the clamping claw pulls the soldering belt to ensure that the soldering belt will not shake or offset before entering the clamping claw.<\/p>\n
